Oaks Festival Application

Application deadline: April 5, 2019. 

The event:

Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 8AM

Fee: $40 for an approximately 10'x10' space.

$65 for an approximately 10'x20' space.

The OCC will provide vendors with space. No electricity or other services are included except access to potable water in or near the OCC building.  Generators must be quiet.

Setup is from 5:30 to 8:00am. Breakdown is from 5:00 to 6:30pm.

There is no return of fees for cancellations nor reimbursements for any reason except
unusual circumstances deemed appropriate by the Oracle Community Center Board of Directors.

Oracle Oaks Festival Release & Consent for the event:
I hereby release Oracle Community Center and the Oracle Oaks Festival committee members
from any and all liability on account of personal injury or property damage cause by theft, fire, or
an other cause. 

By applying, all goods and services vendor applicants acknowledge and accept these terms.
