Parade Entrants

Oaks Festival Application

Application deadline: April 9, 2019. 

The event:

Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 8AM

Parade numbers will be passed out from 7:30-9:30.

Parade begins at 10AM or after the last car show vehicle begins the route.

Awards: 1st place = $25 cash in each class. Classes currently are: Horse drawn and mounted, Bands, Marching, Creative/Colorful Floats, Large Motorized Entries, and Small Motorized Entries. Classes may be combined, divided, or added according to the number of entries in a given class.

Liability clause: In consideration of the acceptance of the Oracle Oaks Festival Parade 2019, I the applicant hereby release the Oracle Community Center and all other volunteers concerned from all and every claim for damages which may occur to me or my group at any time hereafter in favor of myself, my heirs, representatives, friends or dependents. This includes claims by reason of any injury, loss, or damage which may be suffered by me or my group.
